Full TEX MF400 integration.

Alpeco was proud to support long standing customer J E Lawrence with the delivery of another TEX MF400 equipped tanker, helping enhance delivery control, operational safety and driver efficiency across the fleet.

As a trusted fuel distributor, J E Lawrence required a solution that would integrate seamlessly into their growing fleet operation while supporting safe, accurate and efficient day to day deliveries.

The challenge.

J E Lawrence were continuing to expand and modernise their fleet and required a tanker solution that would:

  • Improve delivery accuracy and operational safety
  • Prevent cross contamination during product delivery
  • Streamline compartment and delivery workflows
  • Enhance driver usability and visibility during deliveries
  • Support efficient operation across drawbar trailer configurations

The challenge was to deliver a reliable and future ready solution that integrated smoothly into existing fleet operations.

What we did.

Alpeco supplied and integrated a TEX MF400 electronic register system onto the latest J E Lawrence vehicle, built by Road Tankers Northern. Key elements of the solution included:

  • Installation of the TEX MF400 electronic register system
  • Anti cross over protection
  • Automatic compartment opening
  • Hose flush functionality at the delivery point
  • TEX Link Remote integration
  • Visual colour coded inventory system
  • Drawbar trailer inlet configuration

Alpeco worked closely with both J E Lawrence and Road Tankers Northern to ensure a smooth and coordinated installation process.

The result.
