With the increase demand for AdBlue in the transport industrial and domestic market we have developed an AdBlue transfer system, Alpeco Blue. When off-loading Adblue from IBC many electric motors have a short duty time so unloading can take time. The Alpeco AdBlue system is run using a Hatz engine to power the pump so duty time is not a problem.
The Alpeco Blue is demountable so it can be loading on to a curtain sided truck or a trailer. As the unit is standalone it can be used in the yard to fill containers.
The system has been designed to fit the same footprint as an IBC 1000mm x 1200mm x 1200mm so the unit can fit alongside a truck full of IBC making a complete load.
The Alpeco Blue uses a Mag flow meter to measure the Adblue and is controlled via a digital read out with built in batch controller. Once the delivery is finished the on-board printer will print the delivery ticket. Both the display and printer are in a stainless-steel control box. The 2” cam inlet valve allows a safe connection to the unit. The 1” hose is a chemical grade hose suitable for AdBlue. The manual hose reel hold 15mts of hose and has a full stainless-steel fluid path.
