Custom TEX-integrated IBC dispensing solution.

When Monk’s Fuels approached Alpeco, they were looking to improve the efficiency and reliability of their delivery operations through a modern, integrated metering solution.

With a growing customer base and increasing demand for fast, accurate deliveries, Monk’s Fuels needed a system that would support high performance without compromising control or compliance. As an experienced fuel distributor, Monk’s Fuels required a solution that would integrate seamlessly into their fleet while providing clear operational benefits from day one.

The requirement.

Monk’s Fuels existing delivery setup limited visibility and control during dispensing, making it harder to optimise delivery times and maintain consistent accuracy. The business required a solution that would:

  • Improve delivery speed without sacrificing measurement accuracy
  • Provide greater control and visibility for drivers during dispensing
  • Integrate cleanly into an existing fleet vehicle
  • Support reliable, repeatable performance across daily operations

The challenge was to deliver a system that enhanced efficiency while remaining simple and intuitive for operators.

What we did.

Alpeco worked closely with Monk’s Fuels to design and install a custom TEX-integrated IBC dispensing solution. The system was engineered specifically to suit the operational demands of their fleet vehicle.

Key elements of the solution included:

  • Installation of a TEX electronic flow computer for accurate, real-time measurement
  • Integration of a high-performance dispensing system capable of delivering over 100 litres per minute
  • Careful system configuration to optimise reach, flow rate and operational control

The system was installed directly into the vehicle with minimal disruption, ensuring Monk’s Fuels could return to service quickly and confidently.
